Domestic & International Shipping Policy: If you order a combination of products and one or more of them is out of stock, your order may be held until the remaining items come into stock. If you order products from Synergistic Nutrition and live outside the USA. it is your responsibility to know in advance if your customs agency will allow through what you have ordered. If they do not allow it through, know that Synergistic Nutrition does not accept responsibility for your loss. If your order exceeds $100 and you are concerned about your package being damaged, lost or stolen we recommend calling us to add either signature required or insurance to your order. This ensures you get your package or can be refunded. Stephen recommends requiring a signature to ensure your package is delivered. Refunds will be made after the carrier has refunded Synergistic Nutrition, which may take up to two months.
