Stephen will spend one or more hours researching your symptomology and health history based upon the answers you provided in the health evaluation form. From this information he will create a set of instructions unique to you, that will specify the diet, lifestyle and dietary supplements you need to recover. Then he will spend 60 to 90 minutes interacting with you by zoom or phone call reporting his findings and educating you on the ideal diet and supplements and possibly recommend other forms of testing. Followed by 4 - 30 minute reinforcement visits. After your appointment, once a week for 4 weeks you will meet with Stephen, by recorded Zoom of Phone call, to get any further questions you have answered. Stephen will also give you further education on the first four pillars of health.
