Domestic & International Shipping Policy: If you order a combination of products and one or more items are out of stock, your order may be held until the remaining items come into stock. If you order products from Synergistic Nutrition and live outside the USA, it is your responsibility to know in advance if your customs agency will allow what you ordered through. If customs does not allow it through, Synergistic Nutrition does not accept responsibility for your loss. If your order exceeds $100 and you are concerned about your package being damaged, lost or stolen we recommend calling us to add either signature required or insurance to your order. This ensures you get your package or it can be refunded. Stephen recommends requiring a signature to ensure package delivery. Refunds will be issued after the carrier refunds Synergistic Nutrition, which may take up to two months.
Additionally, if you order a product from our site that ships directly from the manufacturer, such as Maison Beljanski or Ultra Botanica products, be aware that the actual shipping charge will exceed what you paid on our site at checkout. We request that you save your card to your account so we can email you with the outstanding amount due and get your permission to charge it.
