Mix 1 scoop with at least 5-6 ounces of water or Capra Mineral Whey water, one to two times daily or as recommended by your health professional. For enhanced results, mix two scoops of Fibermend with one scoop of Enteromend and swallow down with one capsule of Bacillus Coagulans and 2-4 capsules of ProButyrate, all taken at the end of a meal.
