Spending $8.95 on pH paper and testing your first morning after 5 a.m. saliva & urine pH could save you hundreds to thousands of dollars in doctors fees and tests. After 5 a.m. take your first morning saliva and urine pH's, before you eat drink or brush your teeth. Saliva pH is two times as important as the urine pH reading. A healthy saliva pH, that correspondingly reflects body pH is 7 - 7.4. The urine is where the body is eliminating acids and toxins and is therefore supposed to be acidic. Uring pH can vary widely depending upon what you have eaten and what supplements you may be taking. An ideal urine pH is range is 6.4 to 6.8.

There are conditions where a person either has an overt or hidden infection and or a person's body has been acidic for so long, that the body compensates with releasing ammonia into the urine. Ammonia being alkaline will help to neutralize the excess acids, which protects the kidneys from being damaged. When ammonia is being released in the urine, then the urine pH is above 7.4 and can go as high as an 8 pH. When this is occurring the saliva pH is usually in the strongly acid range and can go as low as a 5 pH. This condition is an extremely sick biochemical condition and requires strong intervention.

The strongest and most effective way to alkalize the body is by taking a combination of Lime Water and Alkbase.
