Other Ingredients: Vegetable capsule (natural vegetable cellulose, water), vegetable stearic acid, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon.
As a dietary supplement, for intensive detoxification, take 3 capsules twice daily at the beginning of each meal. For long term maintenance, take 1 capsule twice daily at the beginning of two meals of the day.

Raising glutathione above physilogical norms provides relief the body is needing. It can now not only detoxify, but neutralize free radicals and lower inflammation.
To agressively protect and support your health, drink 1 packet 2x per day.
To less agressively support you health, add 1 packet to 16 oz of water and drink 8 oz 2x per day.
Due ensure that Continual-G is dissolved in water, I recommend adding the packet to your water the night before or 1 hour before drinking.
