The kidneys, which are regulated by means of hormonal control, function to filter the blood and eliminate (excrete) metabolic waste products, including excess water, electrolytes and sodium, via the urine. Echinacea, (Echinacea angustifolia) - is a source of inulin and other polysaccharides, which have been shown to support T-cell activation and reproduction.
