Blood 3 + Vitamin C Supplement by Angstrom Minerals – 32 oz
Angstrom Minerals Blood 3 + Vitamin C is a liquid blend of three ionic minerals plus vitamin C. It is made to support healthy blood formation and normal iron levels as part of a balanced diet. Each teaspoon provides 10 mg of iron, 0.75 mg of copper, 0.03 mg of cobalt and 10 mg of vitamin C. Iron helps your body make hemoglobin, the protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen. Copper helps the body absorb and use iron, and vitamin C helps improve iron absorption. The vitamin C comes from citrus, not corn, and the formula contains no fillers, sugar or capsules. It has the real taste of iron, so many people mix it into juice or a smoothie.
Each 32 oz bottle contains 192 one-teaspoon servings.

Angstrom Minerals Blood 3 + Vitamin C Liquid Supplement – 32 oz
A Blend Made for Healthy Blood
Angstrom Blood 3 + Vitamin C combines three minerals and one vitamin that work together in the body’s blood-building processes. These are iron, copper, cobalt and vitamin C. All three minerals are in ionic, water-soluble form, dissolved in purified water, so your body does not need to break down a tablet or capsule first.
Your body makes millions of new red blood cells every second. To do this, it needs a steady supply of the right nutrients. This blend brings several of them together in one easy-to-take liquid.
What Each Ingredient Does
Iron
Iron is a mineral the body needs for growth and development. It is used to make hemoglobin, the protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen from the lungs to every part of the body. Iron is also used to make myoglobin, which delivers oxygen to the muscles, and some hormones.
Copper
Copper is found throughout the body. It helps the body absorb iron and move it to where it is needed, which makes it an important partner to iron in making red blood cells. Copper also supports healthy nerve cells, normal immune function and the formation of collagen, a key part of bones and connective tissue. It is part of an antioxidant enzyme that helps protect cells from free radicals.
Cobalt
Cobalt is a trace element and the central atom of vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 is needed to make red blood cells and to keep the nervous system working normally.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C helps the body absorb iron, especially the non-heme iron found in plant foods. It is also an antioxidant and supports normal immune function. The vitamin C in this formula is ascorbic acid from citrus, not corn.
