What Atomic Calcium is
Atomic Calcium is an 80 gram jar of powder, not a carbonate or citrate tablet and not a premixed liquid. The listing says the calcium ions form in the glass, when the powder meets water, before you drink it. Stephen Heuer carries it as the powder customers use when they used to buy AIC liquid ionic calcium.
A calcium tablet and this powder are different products. Compare the milligrams you actually drink, not the word “calcium” on the front of the jar.
Ingredients
The product notes give these amounts for one scoop. A separate lab note on the same listing says one scoop reacted in 8 ounces of distilled water supplies about 23.5 mg of ionic calcium (Ca2+).
- Calcium oxide (CaO): 66.7 mg per scoop
- Magnesium: 28 mg per scoop, from magnesium glycinate in the blend
- Vitamin C: 150 mg per scoop
- Glycine: 88 mg per scoop
- Leucine: 333.3 mg per scoop
- About 23.5 mg ionic calcium per 1/8 teaspoon scoop after it reacts in water
How to use
Mix it. The listing says Atomic Calcium should never be swallowed dry or packed into a capsule, because the ions form in water.
One level scoop is 1/8 teaspoon. Stir 1 to 2 scoops into 4 to 8 ounces of clean water. Distilled water is the water named on the product notes. Drink that serving. That is the use printed for this jar, not a schedule for a medical condition.
Who it’s for
Shop this jar if you are comparing ionic calcium powder with calcium carbonate or calcium citrate, or if you used an AIC-style liquid and want the powder this catalog sells instead.
Read the ionic calcium guide if you want the longer comparison before you buy. The scoop math on this page is the number to check: about 23.5 mg ionic calcium per scoop.
Reviews
There is not a published letter that names Atomic Calcium by itself. Doug Didero did write about calcium products Stephen recommended: after about three weeks his urine pH moved to 6.4 and his energy stayed up through the day. That letter is about the calcium products in his plan, not a verified review of this 80 gram jar.
Other client letters are on the testimonials page.

Ingredients:
CaO - 66.7 mg = 6.7% RDA

Vit C - 150 mg = 166.7% RDA
Glycine - 88 mg
Leucine - 333.3 mg
Our 3rd party lab test show that for each scoop of Atomic Calcium reacted into 8 oz of distilled water, that this is supplying 23.5 mg (+) of Ionic Calcium (Ca2+).
Place one to two scoops ( 1 scoop is 1/8 of a teaspoon) into 4-8 ounces of clean water, such as distilled, bottled or otherwise filtered. Tap water is not recommended because of the heavy chlorine content of most municipal water. Stir and let the solution sit for 3 minutes to maximize the effect, then drink on empty stomach 30 or more minutes before breakfast and dinner and if needed, can be taken before lunch as well.
Begin with two servings per day, prior to meals or exercise. You may increase the frequency of use. This is a 60 day supply.
Atomic Calcium should never be consumed dry or in capsule form, as the ion-producing action can only occur in solution (i.e. dissolved in water).
Vitamin D and K2 as MK-7 & Atomic Calcium: Please use Vitamin D & Vitamin K2 as MK-7 while taking Atomic Calcium, or any calcium supplement.
Note for Diabetics: Please be sure to monitor your glucose levels when taking Atomic Calcium. There has been a single report of a drop in glucose levels that could be considered hazardous. This only has occurred in one patient; however, it is worth mentioning. The levels did not drop after the initial downward 'spike'. It appears that Calronic may play an important role in assisting the regulation of glucose levels as part of a diet and exercise regimen.
Quality & evidence
What to know before you buy Atomic Calcium
Compare serving math carefully. Atomic Calcium is positioned as an ionic calcium powder mixed with water—not the same as a standard carbonate tablet.
- Label guidance: about 23.5 mg ionic calcium per 1/8 tsp scoop when reacted with water
- Marketed as a practical alternative for customers previously using certain liquid ionic calcium products
- Mix with water per product directions; prefer clean/distilled water when following Stephen’s notes
- Ask support for current quality documentation if you need paperwork for your records
