After using your Relax FIR Sauna, You will be Sleeping Better
We are getting many reports from those who have been using the Relax Sauna regularly, that they sleep so much better than before.
One lady would come into our store and use our sauna for 5-10 minutes 2-3 times a week. She has reported to us on those days she used the sauna she did not need any sleeping pills, and she slept great. After 3 months of using the sauna for just 5-10 minutes 2-3 times a week, just barely sweating, she has reported to us she no longer needs any sleeping pills.
We were at a show in Cincinnati, and a lady bought a sauna from us. We took it up to her hotel room for her. The next day, she told us that she used the sauna for just 15 minutes before going to bed, and she had the best sleep she has ever had in a hotel before!
Parts that come with your Relax Sauna: The Tent, the Radiator and sticks, and the Chair. The controller unit is attached to the controller unit holder in the picture. The sticks hold up the tent. On each side of the radiator are prongs sticking up about 1 inch. The sticks go onto those prongs.
- Take out all contents: Chair, Sauna cover, Box containing the Double Radiator, and tent sticks - these are usually taped to the Radiator box.
- Open up the Tent and set it upright.
- Insert the chair inside the tent.
- Insert the Radiator unit inside the tent, with the radiators facing the chair.
- Pull the cord underneath the zipper, so it can be plugged into an outlet.
- Using the zipper of the tent (with the cord underneath the zipper), zip up the tent as you would a jacket.
- Place the sticks inside the tent to hold the tent upright: The sticks attach to the radiator. Put each of the two equal shaped double-ended sticks on each side of the radiator on top of the prongs. Then place the solid black stick on top of the 1st stick to the left of the left radiator, as you face the sauna. Next, place the stick with the metal opening and black tip to the right of the right radiator.
- Place controller box on top of the stick that also holds up the sauna. Begin the process by placing the blue controller box holder on top of stick, where the stick is tucked inside the tent as in the 4th picture below.
- Plug the unit into any regular 110 volt outlet. You are almost ready to sweat now!
- Put a folded towel on top of the seat. Now drape a towel over the whole seat. Turn the dial to 15, 20 or 30 minutes.
- Flip the Switches (1 switch if an older model), the orange light will turn on, the far infrared light is now being generated, and you can hear the fan pushing the heat away from the semi conductor chip so that the chip continues to work. Remember it is the healing light (that you can't see) that is being absorbed into the body.

I've used my Relax Sauna
I've used my Relax Sauna for about two weeks now'about 4 days per week'' often for 20 minutes or more each time. I've been able to sweat quite profusely--in minutes'' comfortably. I feel great afterwards following a shower with a chlorine filter. I've used the Relax Sauna only at night and think I have more restful sleep. It also seems to help me with reducing my morning anxiety the following mornings. I plan to continue using it to regularly to detoxify from chemicals I've been exposed to in the past and to improve my overall health. I would like to take a moment to thank Phil Wilson. My Brother and SIL recommended Relax Sauna to us. We had been wanting to purchase for a year or so and finally pulled the trigger and so happy we did. So far I love it
It was very easy to assemble. I leave it up in a corner of my bedroom and have used it about 7 times so far. It heats up in less than a minute and I’m sweating in about 15mins. The name says it all RELAX sauna. It’s so easy to use and truly relieves any aches and pains. So very happy to finally have a sauna in my home that I can use whenever I feel like it.

Two years ago, I was diagnosed with left bundle branch block and heart failure after having covid. I had a CRT (cardiac resynchronization therapy) device with defibrillator implanted. I have had an irregular heart rate for a long time. Slowly increasing my time in the sauna while monitoring my heart rate. Now up to 25 minutes which is about 15 minutes of a good sweat. After about three weeks of use my heart rate is regular and blood pressure is lower. Yes, I am loving it! First thing I do when getting out of bed.

Wonderful experience
Easy set up. It may be too small for taller people. There isn’t much leg room for me and I am 5’9”. My oldest son is 6’3”. Otherwise it’s great. Took me 10 minutes to break a sweat so longer start time may be required for me to get a benefit right away. Feels great!

Awesome little silver tent!!
I was originally disappointed that I did not feel results after 7 to 10 minutes. It took a month of consistent use and sweat before I saw changes, but at the end of 30 days my arthritis pain was greatly reduced in my knee, gone in my ankles and wrists. I have more energy in the day and I sleep better at night. Strangely... my hair is growing faster. Now I can't live without the Relax Sauna!
